In order to make sure your new hire is prepared for their first day, they will receive your company's handbook, benefit policies, and any other information you'd like the newcomer to know beforehand.

1 Day Before First Day
The day before your new hire starts, your team will receive a friendly introduction to the new employee. This is a delightful way for your team to read some fun facts about the new hire.
In addition to introducing the new hire, your team will be prompted to create "Welcome" messages for the new employee. Messages can consist of text, photos, GIFs, and videos 🎥
Employee's First Day 🎉
On your new hire's first day, they will receive an invitation to a Celebration page full of welcome messages from your team and any other content you'd like to add to make it a memorable experience 🎊

To make sure your new hire has everything they need to succeed, they will receive links to all of your company's tools and resources 🛠
3 Days After Starting
During a new hire's first week they may have some down time. To keep a new hire engaged, they will receive educational content about your company's history, your product or service, and your competitors 💪
5 Days After Starting
To continue nurturing strong connections between the new hire & their coworkers, your team will be nudged to reach out to the new hire to get to know them better, schedule a lunch date, and much more 🤝
Employee's First Week
To assure your employee has had a successful first week, they will receive a series of survey questions allowing them the freedom to provide honest feedback 📣
Post First Week Activities
Following your new employee's first week, Spring will continue to occasionally send Team Questions & Shoutouts to increase engagement and strengthen team camaraderie 👏
In addition, at the end of every week your team will receive an email digest showcasing the latest employee activity ⚡️
